Job Description:
- Answering calls of telephone hotline.
- Handling customer enquiries.
- General duties of Customer Services, Providing after-sales service to customers.
- Handling complaints. Provide daily support to service team.
Requirements:
- High Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration
- Good communication skill, mature, detail oriented and work independently
- Logical mind and good analysis skill
- Willing to learn especially on computer application
- Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered
