Job Description:

  • Answering calls of telephone hotline. 
  • Handling customer enquiries. 
  • General duties of Customer Services, Providing after-sales service to customers.
  • Handling complaints. Provide daily support to service team.


  • High Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration
  • Good communication skill, mature, detail oriented and work independently
  • Logical mind and good analysis skill
  • Willing to learn especially on computer application
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered


***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
