Responsibilities :

  • Offers troubleshooting, support, and repair when IT equipment or networks malfunction for internal users and client
  • Hardware support and troubleshoot – routers, servers, PCs, printers, and other equipment
  • Windows servers 2016, Windows 8, 10 and Office 365
  • Video conference setup
  • Microsoft Office support – Excel, word and Outlook
  • VMware
  • Synology NAS file access setup or control

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in Windows support, hardware/software support
  • Basic Knowledge in Server, VMWare, PC, LAN/WAN, and networking equipment
  • Self-motivated, quick learner and strong sense of responsibility
  • Effective team player and excellent interpersonal skills

Working Location :

  • Central

Working Time :

  • 9am to 6pm ( Monday to Friday ) with Bank holiday
