Strategic Technical PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform system development support, testing, implementation, maintenance support and user training
• Prepare design documentations, functional specifications, and development related documents
• Strategic role on application development for SME with training
• Perform R&D on latest development technology and provide suggestion to business development
• Provide development strategy and advisory to local team
• Providing technical lead support to Hong Kong team and Off-Shore development team
• Work with off-shore development team on project direction and possible training
• Provide ad-hoc support to daily operation

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of application development (include Web Application, iOS/Android Application) experience and familiar with all aspects of software engineering and software development life cycle
• Hands-on implementation in mobile app framework (React Native, Flutter, MERN, LAMP)
• Experience in development documentation such as use case diagram, entity table and change request
• Proactive, problem-solving and ability to learn new technologies
• Open minded to accept challenges with business operation mindset
• Verbal and written communication in English is a must
