Our Managing Director, Mr. Murphy Lai was invited by the Foundation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and the Hong Kong Mould and Die Council to introduce a webinar regarding “Positive, Change – Improve” for Digital Transformation of SMEs on Thursday, May 28, 2020.
“Positive ‧ Change ‧ Improve” is a transformation framework developed by Mr. Lai which could be applied in workplace and our daily life. Recently the market seems to have stopped owing to epidemic situation, he shared his professional experience and knowledge based on the framework in order to assist SMEs to take first step of the digital transformation because it is not a big investment but is very important.
The members of FHKI were impressed with the concept and framework, that is very useful, practical, and easy to implement. Another webinar will be hold in August 2020.
