The Chief Happiness Officer Association (CHOA) announced that ASK IT Limited is named the winner of The Happiest SME to Work For Award for 2022. The award focus es in three (3) key areas: Corporate Wellness, People & Organizational Transformation and Oneness Team.

“Happy and Share is our core value. Therefore, happy company has happy employees serving the happy clients to achieve sustainable success is our goal,” said Murphy Lai, the Director of ASK IT in the media interview by CTgoodjob. “We believe that the more the merrier. We always encourage our colleagues to share their ideas and make a wish come true by trial and error. In small company like us, flexibility allows creativity creates opportunity. The interaction between management and colleagues are close like family and friends.”

CHO Appreciation Awards 2022 Ceremony was held in the afternoon on 11 Nov 2022 in the auditorium of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong with more than 200 participants and 19 companies awarded.  “ASK IT Limited has shown tremendous effort in demonstrating the strength in employee engagement, digital transformation and innovation in a building happiness culture.” said Mary Suen, Founder and Executive Chairman of the CHOA.

This is the first time ASK IT has won the award. “We’re really happy about this. It’s a recognition of what we are doing in People Caring and we should continue to do better in Human Resources Development” said Carine Tang, Business Partner of Branding and Operation.
